This is my third and the best adaptor, very easy to install, no error message. It is very fast, doesn't disconnect, I love it.

It may work for others ,but it didn't seem to help me, I downloaded this usb adapter so I could get better reception, it was suppost to be 3x, I had two bars for my wireless reception netbook,after installing this I still had two bars and no reception .
Easy Set Up, Noticable Increase In Speed February 21, 2010

This USB adapter works great with my Netgear RangeMax WNDR3300 wireless router. Just plugged it in, loaded it's own drivers, clicked the icon, it detected my network, I entered my passkey (it also does the wps auto set up)and was connected. A very noticeable increase in speed from wireless G on my Acer Aspire 4720Z laptop.

I brought N wireless USB, because my parents moved the b/g wireless router into their room, and my built-in wireless laptop was unable to connect it.(the distant is about 50ft, walls and door between the connection range). After I use AmbiCom N wireless USB(wl300n-usb), and it connected to the b/g wireless router in excellent condition. I was so happy about it, and I can continued download stuff and browse on internet without ask my parents to open their bedroom door at evening.
