We got two of these; easy to hook up and worked well... for a few days. One went bad and the vendor shipped a new one promptly. Now that one has gone bad. They would probably replace that one too, but I have no use for unreliable equipment.

Bought this recently and it works well, Needs some serious design changes, the blue light is so bright. the ports on the front side is upside-down.

I needed the extra USB Ports, so I went searching for a simple solution. I've had others, some looked kind of "Funky", others had issues with poorly made power connectors that would cause loss of connection problems. One had such a weak Power adapter if you plugged in the wrong type of device, it was CRASH CITY. I haven't fully loaded all 10 Ports yet as i bought this to satisfy future needs, but after a month of use I've yet to have a single issue. The only drawback that I have found so far is the LED light on the unit is incredibly bright. I mean light up the room BRIGHT. But hey, it can always be covered up, but for now i use it as a night light for the room. In short; 10 Ports, no issues, and it works as advertised. Good enough for me.

Item looks nice and set up ok.
It did not come with any directions or drivers so you have to depend on windows plug and prey to set it up right.
Also the cable supplied to connected it to the computer was only 3ft long (40 inches to be exact.) Fortunatly I was able to order a 10ft one from amazon USB 2.0 A to 5-Pin Mini B Cable - 10 Feet for Sony HDR-XR100for $.19 and shiping total $3.17.
Scince they are so cheap do not know why they shorted me. 10ft may have been unreasonable to expect but 6ft cable would been ok.
