I'd give it zero stars if I could. Product worked for about 20 minutes then bit the dust. You get what you pay for.

I bought this for a computer which is in a garage on the first floor of my house. My wifi modem is upstairs. My house gets the worst cell phone and everything else reception, but this blueproton wifi adapter really works great. It detects not only my wifi perfectly, but the neighbors also. This item also shipped very fast!
Pros:
Detects wifi perfectly
easy to use
portable
Cons:
Had to run the driver setup in vista compatibility mode. You need to do this with windows 7.
Other than that there are no cons.

SCOOTER
This is one of the best buys I've made.I had a Compaq notebook's wireless capability stop working.After finding out it was a design flaw,I started hunting around for a USB wireless.When I found this through Amazon,I couldn't believe the price.For about $12,it was purchased & shipped to my house around 5 days later.After an easy hook-up,it has been working flawlessly for a couple months now.No problems at any point in my house.It does get a little warm,but not bad.

I baught this for my bran new Compaq Computer, and it has windows 7. So i got this notice saying that it "does not support this operating system", so i tryed it on my Gateway Laptop with windows vista, and it worked great. The problem is, is that my Gateway laptop has wireless internet built in, so it just sits in my room. So if you have Windows XP, or Windows vista, it will work. But do not buy this product if you have windows 7, or if your operating system is below Windows XP.
